MoneyTracker respects your privacy and is designed to help you manage personal expenses without requiring an account or sharing your financial information with the developer.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is stored and handled when you use the MoneyTracker application.
2. Information We Collect
MoneyTracker does not require registration or personal information to use its expense-tracking features.
The application allows you to enter and store:
- Expense amounts
- Expense descriptions
- Expense categories
- Transaction dates

- Manually configured exchange rates
- Application settings
This information is provided voluntarily by you.
MoneyTracker does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
3. Data Storage
Your expense information and application preferences are stored locally on your device.
MoneyTracker also supports Apple’s iCloud key-value storage for synchronising application data between devices associated with the same Apple Account.
When iCloud synchronisation is enabled and available, your information may be transmitted to and stored in Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.
The developer does not operate a separate server for storing your expense information.
4. Data Sharing
MoneyTracker does not sell, rent, or share your expense information with advertisers or data brokers.
The application does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services.
Information synchronised through iCloud is processed by Apple according to Apple’s applicable privacy policies and terms.
When you copy expense summaries to your clipboard and share them with another application or person, you control how that information is used.
5. Data Security
MoneyTracker relies on the security mechanisms provided by iOS and Apple’s iCloud services.
Locally stored information benefits from the security protections available on your device.
Although reasonable measures are used to protect application data, no electronic storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your expense information remains stored until you delete it or remove the application data.
You can delete individual expenses, expenses within a category, or all expenses directly within MoneyTracker.
Deleting the application removes its locally stored data, subject to iOS storage behaviour.
Information previously synchronised to iCloud may remain in your iCloud account until removed through the applicable Apple services or settings.
7. Third-Party Services
MoneyTracker uses Apple’s operating system services and may use iCloud for data synchronisation.

MoneyTracker does not use third-party advertising networks or external analytics platforms.
8. Children’s Privacy
MoneyTracker is a general-purpose expense-tracking application.

You remain in control of the expense information you enter into MoneyTracker.
You can:
- View your saved expenses.
- Delete individual expenses or entire categories.
- Delete all saved expenses.
- Manage iCloud availability through your device settings.
- Remove the application from your device.
